If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please get in touch with us via the contact button with proof of purchase/receipt.
We will manage this accordingly only within the 7 days of the purchase; we will help resolve any issues.
When we receive and look-over your returned product, we will get in touch by email to notify you whether your return has been accepted.
If the product is accepted we will give you a credit note.
